  • There is a $150.00 reservation fee to start the rental process. If the reservation fee is done with a blank money order or cash, the reservation fee will be return within 5 days after the date of the event. If the reservation fee is done with a credit card, we will not charge the fee if no claim to the fee has been made.

    The Deposit shall secure User’s performance under this Agreement and full payment of all amounts due hereunder, including the cost of any damage repairs, replacement or restoration, payment of any Additional Charges, or to defray any other unusual but reasonable expense borne by the princess club as a consequence of User’s use of the Facilities hereunder and/or presentation of an Event.  The princess club shall return the Deposit, or the unexpended portion thereof, to the User upon full satisfaction of all of User’s obligations hereunder. 

     


    If the user cancels the event 90 or less days prior to the event, the princess club will withheld the $150.00 deposit.

    IF THE USER FAILS TO PAY THE TOTAL AMOUNT OF THE EVENT NO LATER THAN 15 DAYS PRIOR TO THE EVENT. THE EVENT WILL BE CANCELLED AND THE DEPOSIT WILL BE LOST

            We are honored that you chose The Princess Club for your next event. To ensure that your event is a success, please look over the information below, sign, and date the document stating that you understand all the terms. 

    Thank you! We look forward to celebrating with you. Have a magical day!

    • Contract: This contract must be signed within 24 hours of being received in order to maintain event date. If contract is not received within 24 hours, the event date will be released to the next interested client.
    • Payment: We accept cash, Visa, MasterCard, American Express, and Discover.
    • Deposit: A deposit must be paid in order to secure Client’s event date. The deposit must be paid at the time of making the reservation.
    • Balance: Client agrees to pay the balance at least 72 hours prior the event day. Otherwise, the time slot will be given to the next interested booking. Any additional time or last minute add-ons would be paid immediately after the event.
    • Additional Children: Each party has a recommended limit for number of children in attendance. This allows for quality interaction and a stress-free performance from our staff. Client agrees that the number of children stated on their respective package is truthful as this allows The Princess Club Parties staff to plan a party itinerary that will provide the required services and activities to all children for the entire booked time. If the number of children exceeds the disclosed number provided by the Client, The Princess Club has permission to alter the itinerary of activities as it fits in order to complete the party within the agreed time; and the client will be responsible for paying an additional fee per extra child as specified in their party package.
    • Additional Time: Client understands that a timely departure is necessary in order for The Princess Club to get ready for the next events. If a Client wishes to stay longer than the booked time, the Client must ask the manager in charge if there is any upcoming event after their event and pay for the additional time at least 20 minutes before the end of the event.
    • Smoking: The costumes and property of The Princess Club are very valuable and will not be subject to smoke of any kind which can damage the costume.
    • Cancellations & Rescheduling: In the case of severe weather or unforeseen circumstance or illness, The Princess Club reserves the right to reschedule your party. If a Client chooses to cancel a party due to weather or unforeseen circumstances or illness, the Client may reschedule the event for a date up to a month from the original event date based on availability. An event can only be rescheduled once. 
    • Activities: All activity options are listed on website and available upon request. Unless requested for alternative activity options, the staff will perform the Package activities listed on their respective package.
    • Changes to Party Activities: All activities will be finalized no later than a week before the party
    • Changes to Party Start Time: Any changes to party start time are at the discretion of the booking team and are based on availability. Any changes must be made no later than a week before the party date.
    • Changes to Party Length: Any changes to party length must be made no later than 3 weeks before the party and are at the discretion of the booking team.
    • Allergies: Client must inform The Princess Club of any allergies to food or products such as nail polish, latex, acrylics, temporary tattoos, or face paints prior to event or party. Client understands that The Princess Club is not responsible for any injuries or allergic reactions that occur at your event.
    • Photo Release: Any photos taken are hereby signed as release to be used by The Princess Club for website, social media, and promotional use.
    • Pets: Not pets allowed.
    • Damage: We understand that accidents happen, however, the client may be held responsible for excessive damage sustained to property or costumes of The Princess Club during Client’s event. The cost to replace/repair damaged/broken property, costumes or materials will be billed to the Client, if it exceeds the amount for deposit.
    • Discipline and Non-Participation: The Princess Club staff is responsible for the flow of the event and activities. The Client is responsible for monitoring disruptive behavior and attending to any child who does not want to participate.
    • Adults at Event: We ask that the parent(s) or guardian(s) or the birthday child please stay for the duration of the party to attend to the possible needs of the children. Adults are welcome to stay and enjoy the activities, but we ask that onlookers keep the noise level to a minimum so the children do not get distracted and can adequately enjoy their spa services.
    • Gratuity: The package price does not include gratuity for The Princess Club Staff, an 18% gratuity will be included to be distributed among event staff.
    • Activities: The Princess Club proposed a variety of actives for each package, however, staff will do as many activities as time allows.
    • Liability: The Client agrees to hold and keep harmless The Princess Club and its staff from any and all property damages and/or bodily injury damage caused by the Client’s guests. Client agrees to not hold The Princess Club responsible for inclement weather or other Acts of God that may cause cancellation of the event.
    • Safety: Our performers are trained to keep the safety of your guests in mind at all times. If ever there is a situation where The Princess Club staff feels unsafe, they will address with issue with the parent/guardian. The deposit is nonrefundable.
  • Waiver / Release Form

    Hold Harmless Clause:

    Our services are for the purpose of entertainment and we will not be using powered equipment, cuticle tools or harsh chemicals during our manicure or pedicure services. We will attempt to use products that are considered safe for children however, we cannot guarantee that there will not be an allergic reaction to products being used for skin, hair and nails. 

    Unfortunately, skin damage or minor allergic reactions can result from these kinds of activities. The Princess Club is not responsible for allergic reactions due to any services, costumes or consuming any food or beverage before, during or after the party. It is the responsibility of the guest’s or parent/guardian to inform The Princess Club staff of allergies or any dietary restrictions. The Princess Club staff are trained professionals and will work to ensure that your event and guests are treated in the most respectable manner and in a safe environment.

     

    I, the undersigned, parent /guardian, assume all risk and hazards incidental to participating in the activity and hereby waive, release, absolve, indemnify and agree to protect, defend and hold harmless The Princess Club, their owners, staff, and participants for any claim arising out of any injury to myself / child to the fullest extent allowed by law. I, the undersigned, parent / guardian of the participant, am fully aware of the potential dangers and risk inherent in this activity, including physical injury, death or other consequences that may arise or result directly or indirectly from participation in all Salon and Spa activities. “If any provision of this clause is held unlawful, void, or for any reason unenforceable by a court of competent jurisdiction, then any such provision shall be deemed sever able from this clause and shall not affect the validity and enforceability of the remaining provisions.”

  • MINOR (CHILD) PHOTO RELEASE FORM

    I {parentguardian} the parent or legal guardian of child named above grants The Princess Club, my permission to use the photographs taken during this event for any legal use, including but not limited to: publicity, copyright purposes, illustration, advertising, and web content. I have made aware my party guests of this regulation and they have agreed.

    Furthermore, I understand that no royalty, fee or other compensation shall become payable to me or any of my guests by reason of such use.
