IMPORTANT NOTE ABOUT YOUR NEW SECURE EMAIL ACCOUNT
When setting up your new secure email account you have two options to choose from related to the email address that you will be using.
Option One:
We can set up a brand new email address for your secure account that is similar to the one you use today for regular emails (i.e. If your current unencrypted email address is Jane@Doctorsmith.com your secure email address could be Jane_Secure@Doctorsmith.net or perhaps Jane@Doctorsmith.biz).
When we set up a brand new secure email address you will use this address whenever you need to securely communicate with your clients. Your current unencrypted email address is unaffected and you will continue to use it for day-to-day email communications that do not need to be encrypted.
Option Two:
We can use your current email address for your new secure account however the messages contained in this old account will not automatically be moved to your new secure account. If you choose to do this, we will need to send you special instructions on how to move your email history over to the new secure account. Once this is done, you will then be able to use the secure account to send both encrypted and unencrypted emails. (i.e. If your current email address is Jane@Doctorsmith.com your secure email address will remain Jane@Doctorsmith.com).
If you have multiple emails ending in your domain, they must all be secure or unsecured as email platforms do not allow more than one email provider.
Please note, this only applies to emails ending in your domain. We are unable to create secure email addresses ending in gmail.com, yahoo.com, aol.com, etc.
