Referral Program 

1. Program Overview
Our referral program is designed to reward both our current students and the new students they refer. It’s our way of saying thank you for helping to spread the word about our lessons.

2. Eligibility

2.1 Current Students: Any student currently enrolled in lessons is eligible to participate in the referral program.

2.2 New Students: The referred individual must be a new student who has not previously enrolled in lessons.

3. How It Works

3.1 Making a Referral:

Current students can refer friends, family members, or acquaintances to enroll in vocal/piano lessons.
Referrals should be made by having the new student mention the referrer’s name when signing up.

3.2 Enrolling a New Student:

The new student must enroll and complete at least one month of lessons.
The new student must mention the referrer’s name at the time of enrollment to be eligible for the referral program.

4. Referral Rewards

4.1 Referrer Reward:

For each successful referral, the referring student will receive a reward of a $20 discount on the next month’s lessons.
There is no limit to the number of referrals a student can make; the more referrals, the more rewards.

4.2 New Student Reward:

The new student will receive a $20 discount off thier first month of lessons as a welcome gift.

5. Conditions

5.1 Successful Referral: A referral is considered successful once the new student has enrolled and completed one month of lessons.

5.2 Non-Transferable: Referral rewards are non-transferable and cannot be exchanged for cash.

5.3 Program Changes: The referral program terms and conditions are subject to change at any time at the discretion of Isabelle Katarina Arriaga.

6. How to Get Started

6.1 Refer a Friend: Start referring friends and family today by having them mention your name upon enrollment.

Terms and Conditions 

1. General Information

1.1. Lesson Location: Lessons will be conducted at the student’s home unless otherwise agreed upon.

2. Booking and Scheduling

2.1. Cancellation Policy:Student Cancellations: All sales are final and therefore cancellations will not recieve a refund for a missed lesson. Teacher Cancellations: If the teacher cancels a lesson, it will be rescheduled at a mutually convenient time or a full refund for the lesson will be provided.

2.2. Rescheduling: Lessons can be rescheduled with at least 24 hours notice out of respect of both teacher and students time.

3. Fees and Payment

3.1. Lesson Fees: The fee for each month of lessons is $240 (45 minute lessons, once a week)

3.2. Payment Method: Payments will be made via a Paypal invoice on the 20th of each month.

3.3. Payment Schedule: Payments must be made before the first lesson of every month.

 

4. Student Responsibilites 

4.1. Practice: Students are expected to practice regularly and complete any assigned tasks or exercises. We must remain gracious and allow our students to also remember practice is about having fun.

4.2. Materials: Teacher must provide necessary materials. Student is expected to have their own instrument.

4.3. Environment: A quiet and suitable environment must be provided for the lessons.

 

5. Teacher Responsibilities

5.1. Professional Conduct: The teacher will conduct lessons in a professional manner, providing quality instruction and support.

5.2. Punctuality: The teacher will arrive on time for each lesson. In case of any delays, the student will be informed as soon as possible.

5.3. Customized Learning: Lessons will be tailored to the individual needs and goals of each student.

6. Termination

6.1. Termination by Student: Students may terminate their lessons with 30 days notice.

6.2. Termination by Teacher: The teacher reserves the right to terminate lessons with 30 days notice if necessary.

7. Liability

7.1. Personal Property: The teacher is not responsible for any damage to the student’s personal property during the lesson.

7.2. Injury: The teacher is not liable for any injuries sustained by the student during lessons.

8. Privacy

8.1. Confidentiality: The teacher will maintain the confidentiality of the student’s personal information and will not share it without consent.

8.2. Photo/Video Consent: Any use of photos or videos of the student for promotional purposes will only be done with the student’s (or parent/guardian’s) consent.

9. Miscellaneous

9.1. Amendments: These terms and conditions may be amended by the teacher with 30 days of notice.

9.2. Governing Law: These terms and conditions are governed by the laws of Texas.
