Please note: Because every item we make undergoes a strict, unhurried overnight cold-fermentation to guarantee our signature pillowy, gut-friendly crumb, we require a mandatory 3-day lead time for all custom orders. The earliest available date on the calendar will always reflect this necessary resting period.
🛵 DISPATCH & PICKUP DETAILS
Because every order is baked fresh on a bespoke schedule, our standard dispatch typically begins mid-afternoon (around 3:00 PM onwards).
- Cakelet-Only Orders: If your order consists solely of our Zest & Berry Cakelets, we can easily accommodate earlier morning dispatch times!
- Booking Your Rider: Please do not book your rider in advance. To prevent steam from ruining a perfect crust in transit, fresh bakes require mandatory time on the cooling rack. We will text you an estimated time on your delivery day, followed by a final cue the exact moment it is safe to book your Grab/Lalamove. (Note: Mixed orders will follow the focaccia's cooling schedule).

All items are prepared in a small home kitchen. While our baked goods are dairy-free and we maintain strict sanitation, our kitchen handles wheat, gluten, and citrus. We cannot guarantee a completely allergen-free environment for severe sensitivities. We are currently unable to accommodate custom ingredient substitutions.
