Join the TEAM for a hands-on budget workshop for artists & ensembles!
So you’re considering self-producing your next show…now what?

In this 3-hour workshop led by Obie & CIPA Award-winning producer & TEAM Producing Dirctor Emma Orme, we’ll demystify the budgeting process, starting with the big picture—how you translate your values and artistic goals into predicted expenses.

We'll then move into the nitty gritty—how you deal with a damn spreadsheet. You’ll leave with a budget template and a set of best practices to help guide you through your own self-producing process.

At the end, we'll have a lightning round Q&A on other topics such as: fiscal sponsorship, fundraising, touring, co-producing, festivals, grantwriting, etc.
