Sip & Shop Vendor Form
We're excited to host 8 Thursday night Sip & Shop vendor events at The Watermelon Crawl this summer! Each event will run from 5PM - 9PM, and vendor spaces $40 per event. Spaces are limited and will be available first-come, first-served basis. We will not have competing vendors to ensure each vendor has the best opportunity to sell their items. *Please Read Before Proceeding
Before applying for your space at the Sip & Shop event, please be aware of additional vending requirements: 1. We expect all vendors to promote this event to their following, by hanging posters, posting on social media, email blasting your network, inviting on our Facebook event page, sharing all stories/posts we create to your own page, etc. Failure to do this will limit your chances of coming back to our events. 2. Each booth space is 10 by 10 and vendors are to provide their own canopies/tents (if they want one), tables and chairs. We will not have any on site and will not be allowing customer seating to be taken for vendors. 3. The cost is $40 per event, $50 if electrical is needed and vendors are responsible for bringing extension cords/splitters and anything else needed to use our power. Payment will be collected up front upon selection to secure your spot. * We will review applications and notify accepted vendors by phone/email.
