Selecting your preferred zone helps us plan access, setup, visitor flow, and the best possible experience for you and your customers during Winter Market Eindhoven.
Here’s what you can expect on each level:
Level 0: A high visibility area where all visitors enter and pass through on their way to Levels 1 and 2. This floor will include a few selected stalls, artistic performances, the photobooth, and surprise activities.
Level 1: A vibrant market area with a mix of stalls, cultural organizations, and ongoing creative workshops. Zone B will also include Radio Brainport, bringing extra visibility, interviews, and energy to this floor.
Level 2: A lively floor with market stalls, community stands, the food area, and the podium with performances. This level brings together culture, food, music, and a festive market atmosphere.
Food Stalls will be placed in Zone E, close to the food area and visitor flow.
Big Stalls can be placed in Zone A, C, D, or F, depending on the setup, accessibility, and overall floor plan. Please note that only 12 Big Stalls are available in total, so we recommend applying early if you would like one of these larger spots.
No matter which location you choose, your stand will be part of a warm, festive, and welcoming environment where hundreds of visitors can discover your business, products, or organization.

Het kiezen van je favoriete zone helpt ons om de toegang, opbouw, bezoekersstroom en de beste ervaring voor jou en je bezoekers goed te plannen tijdens Winter Market Eindhoven.
Dit kun je per verdieping verwachten:
Level 0: Een zichtbare en centrale plek waar alle bezoekers binnenkomen en langslopen op weg naar Level 1 en 2. Op deze verdieping komen enkele geselecteerde stands, artistieke optredens, de photobooth en verrassingsactiviteiten.
Level 1: Een levendige marktruimte met een mix van stands, culturele organisaties en doorlopende creatieve workshops. In Zone B is ook Radio Brainport aanwezig, wat extra zichtbaarheid, interviews en energie geeft aan deze verdieping.
Level 2: Een bruisende verdieping met marktkramen, community-stands, de food area en het podium met optredens. Hier komen cultuur, eten, muziek en een feestelijke marketsfeer samen.
Food Stalls worden geplaatst in Zone E, dicht bij de food area en de bezoekersstroom.
Big Stalls kunnen geplaatst worden in Zone A, C, D of F, afhankelijk van de opstelling, toegankelijkheid en de totale plattegrond. Let op: er zijn in totaal slechts 12 Big Stalls beschikbaar. We raden je daarom aan om vroeg aan te melden als je graag een grotere plek wilt.
Welke locatie je ook kiest, jouw stand maakt deel uit van een warme, feestelijke en gastvrije omgeving waar honderden bezoekers jouw bedrijf, producten of organisatie kunnen ontdekken.
