ONtrail Group Ride Liability Waiver
Please read and sign this waiver before participating in the ONtrail Group Ride at Turkey Point
Registration & Release of Liability Waiver Rides Registration and Release Waiver & Policies - In consideration for my participation in ONtrail Group Ride on August 15th, 2026 (“Event” as stated below), I hereby RELEASE, WAIVE, DISCHARGE AND COVENANT NOT TO SUE any of the following: Michael Normandeau 2657271 ON, Tim Durkin volunteers, ride leaders and other persons and entities associated with this “Event” from any and all present and future claims including those resulting from ordinary negligence for any property damage, personal injury, death or illness that I might suffer during The turkey Point (TPMBC) Group Ride and other related activities ("Event"). I also waive any and all claims including those resulting from ordinary negligence that may be made by me or my heirs, executors, administrators, other personal representatives or assigns in connection with Event. I attest that I am physically fit, healthy and cognitively able to participate in this Event and I have not been advised otherwise by a qualified medical person.I understand that many potential hazards exist and I am aware that accidents or injuries may occur during this Event. I am voluntarily participating in this Event with knowledge of all such risks. As a rider, I will wear a CPC-certified helmet while riding in this Event. I am solely responsible for my personal health and safety and my health and safety, and personal property at all times during the Event. I will abide by all Event rules, regulations and instructions; and all applicable local, provincial and federal laws. I consent to receive medical treatment should an injury, accident, illness and/or any other circumstances occur during the Event in which treatment is deemed necessary by qualified medical personnel. Promotional Agreement: I grant full permission to use the names, photographs and videography of me and quotations from me in accounts of and promotions, publicity, marketing or advertising for this Event.
