    Time for Change Foundation supports justice-involved men and women as they rebuild their lives and successfully transition back into the community. We connect individuals to housing support, employment and job-readiness services, life-skills training, substance use and recovery referrals, legal resources, and other supportive services designed to promote stability, independence, and long-term success.

  • Our BSCC, IAR, and Cal-CRG programs provide comprehensive reentry services to men and women, ensuring that every individual we serve is a priority. Services are available to eligible individuals who have been released from incarceration within the last six(6) months and reside in San Bernardino or Riverside County. We are committed to providing equitable access to supportive services, resources, and opportunities that help individuals successfully transition back into their communities.
