Customer Communication Changes.

Change the date and time your notifications go out to your customers.

Keyloop Autoline has the ability to import 5 days of data. This allows us to change the notifications to up to 5 days before the customers appointment at your dealership.

Select options

We can change the notifications as per the below:

Email - Up to 5 days before the appointment.

SMS - Up to 5 days before the appointment.

OEM Application (where possible) - Up to 5 days before the appointment.
Pinewood has the ability to import 5 days of data. This allows us to change the notifications to up to 5 days before the customers appointment at your dealership.

RTC has the ability to import 3 days of data. This allows us to change the notifications to up to 3 days before the customers appointment at your dealership.

SoftNRG has the ability to import 5 days of data. This allows us to change the notifications to up to 5 days before the customers appointment at your dealership.

We can change the notifications as per the below:

Email - Up to 5 days before the appointment.

SMS - Up to 5 days before the appointment.

OEM Application (where possible) - Up to 5 days before the appointment.
Please write the name of the dealer where the settings should be changed - If this is a group change please write the account name. *
The name can be found in the upper left corner in the Appointment Manager - see image below if needed.
SMS notification
Select which day you would like the SMS notification to be sent to the customer.
Email notification
Select which day you would like the email notification to be sent to the customer.
App notification (where possible)
Select which day you would like the app notification to be sent to the customer.
Please advise what time you would like the notifications to be sent (between 08:00 - 19:00) - If no time change is requested the default 18:30 will apply.
