Safety is of upmost importance for Breathwork. Due to the nature of the work with breathwork there are certain contraindications that will stop you from being able to attend this Breathwork Facilitator training.

RISKS: The participant agrees that attending the SPIRITUS Breathwork Facilitator Training (hereinafter referred to as “the event”) is entirely at their own risk. Any experience or service is provided “as is”, without warranty of any kind, either expressed or implied, including without limitation any warranty for information services, coaching, uninterrupted access, or products and services provided through or in connection with the service. The participant acknowledges the following: The participant agrees that the use of all, or part of the service is entirely at the participant’s own risk. Any actions or lack of actions taken by the participant on such advice is done so solely by choice and responsibility of the participant and is neither the responsibility nor liability of event organisers/facilitators, their agents, employees, officers, volunteers, and/or contractors, and any person or organisation associated with them and their activities (under Tim Morrison and SPIRITUS Breathwork LLC). The participant understands that any experience, service and/or information at the event is not a substitute for counselling, psychotherapy, psychoanalysis, mental health care or substance abuse treatment, and the participant will not use it in place of any form of therapy. The participant recognises that the group processes on the event require emotional, physical and mental efforts, exertion and behavioural experimentation on the participant’s part, which may cause physical, mental or emotional stress. The participant fully acknowledges and takes full responsibility for all risks involved. The participant understands that it is their responsibility to consult with their primary health care provider prior to participating, and should the participant choose not to consult their health care provider, the participant accepts full responsibility, waiving all rights to liability or any claims against Tim Morrison, SPIRITUS Breathwork LLC, and any of their agents, administrators or employees. The participant attests to the fact that the participant has, or will prior to arrival, disclose all relevant information regarding their physical, emotional or mental conditions that could cause harm to the participant by participating in this event. The participant, and/or legal representatives, forever release, waive, discharge and covenant not to sue Tim Morrison or SPIRITUS Breathwork LLC for any injury, harm or death caused by either negligence or other acts. The participant has read and understood this form and all its contents, and the participant voluntarily agrees to the terms and conditions stated above.

WORKSHOPS: The participant understands that they have full choice and responsibility over which workshops they want to experience or not. The participant understands and agrees that they will actively voice if they wish to sit out of any of the experiences at the workshop.

CONFIDENTIALITY: The participant understands that, in order to ensure that all participants feel free to fully express themselves at the event, for participants to feel that their privacy at the event is protected, and to ensure a full and open interchange of ideas amongst participants, there is a STRICT CONFIDENTIALITY POLICY at the event. The participant agrees to keep everything shared and experienced within the event closed to all those who did not partake in the event. The participant agrees to share their own personal experience of their own journey at the event but agrees to not disclose the information of others. The participant understands that information will be held as confidential unless the participant states otherwise in writing. If the participant reports child or elder abuse or neglect, or threatens to harm oneself or someone else, the participant understands necessary actions will be taken and the confidentiality agreement limited in this capacity. All participants agree that all information received is for personal use only until certified; under no circumstance can any practices, exercises, processes, workshops, or information be taken to be used for business outside of the event unless consent is given from Tim Morrison or SPIRITUS Breathwork LLC. If done so, the participant acknowledges that legal action will be taken and the appropriate fine will be put in place. All practices, exercises, workshops, and information are property of Tim Morrison and SPIRITUS Breathwork LLC.

MEDIA RELEASE: The participant understands that this event may be recorded live (including via Zoom) and hereby gives consent to Tim Morrison and SPIRITUS Breathwork LLC to use any video/photo content the participant is in for training, educational, and marketing purposes without further consent, within the boundaries of the confidentiality described earlier. The participant agrees to let Tim Morrison, or any of his facilitators, volunteers or contractors, know prior to the event if they wish to not be captured on film.

CANCELLATIONS & SCHEDULE CHANGES: The participant understands and agrees that Tim Morrison and SPIRITUS Breathwork LLC reserve the right to change the schedule of, postpone, relocate, or cancel any event, ceremony, or training at any time and for any reason, including but not limited to circumstances beyond their reasonable control. In the event of such a change, postponement, relocation, or cancellation, Tim Morrison and SPIRITUS Breathwork LLC will issue a refund of the applicable event tickets, training fees, or payments where possible. The participant acknowledges and agrees that Tim Morrison and SPIRITUS Breathwork LLC do not and will not accept any responsibility or liability for any travel, accommodation, visa, or other personal costs or arrangements made by the participant in connection with the event, including where such arrangements were made before a cancellation or schedule change was announced. The participant accepts full responsibility for any such costs and is encouraged to obtain appropriate travel insurance before making any non-refundable travel or accommodation arrangements.
