I understand that lunch is not included with vendor registration. Vendors who wish to participate in the catered lunch must purchase a lunch ticket during the registration process.I also understand that vendors and presenters should not register through the general admission event registration. Separate registration links will be provided for approved vendors and presenters.
I understand that submission of a vendor application does not guarantee selection. Due to limited space, selections are based on the needs and interests of the target audience, the relevance of the information/service being shared, and overall event logistics. Applicants who are not initially selected may be placed on a waitlist and contacted if additional space or other opportunities become available.

If your Organization/Business/Agency is chosen as a vendor you will receive an invitation to register from Connectingthedotsjax@gmail.com. If you do not register by the deadline listed in the invitation, your spot will be given to the next vendor/presenter on the waitlist. For-Profit Vendors, if selected, will be asked to remit a $50 vendor fee. Due at registration. Refunds will not be provided for no-shows or cancellations. Please select that you have read and understand the above statement.
Yes, I understand and agree that, if selected, I may be asked to share an 8-foot exhibitor table with another vendor. Each exhibitor will be provided approximately 4 feet of table display space.If additional space or accomodations are required, please email connectingthedotsjax@gmail.com with a description of your needs. Additional space may be granted based on availability and event logistics. Sponsors may be eligible for expanded exhibit space based on sponsorship level.
Cancellations/No Show Policy: No Shows without notice may not be invited to participate in future conferences. Space is very limited.
