Vehicle Registration Form
All parents, students, faculty and staff are required to register their vehicles with TMI's Safety & Security department every year and must display the current year decal in the windshield. By doing so, these decals allow for expedited access onto campus through the decal line and help ensure the safety and security of our community. Please complete the form below to register up to 10 vehicles at once, allowing you to receive a sticker for any vehicle you or your student will be driving onto campus.

Vehicle decals for the 2024-2025 school year will be available for pick up in August at the Welcome Center. Vehicle decals may be requested through this form at any time during the school year if you get a new vehicle and need an additional decal.

Once you receive your decal, you must clearly display it by placing it on the upper right side (passenger side) of the windshield, below the tinted area. Please be sure to peel off the old decal before replacing it with the new one for the current year. The vehicle decals expire at the end of each school year. If you do not want to put the decal on your windshield, please use a piece of plexiglass or clear, hard plastic to adhere the sticker to and put it on the dash of your vehicle.
