Payments & ProductionFull payment is required before any custom order begins production.Once payment is received, materials are ordered and preparation begins immediately — therefore, all sales are final. Possible partial refund could be provided based on status of production of time of request. No refunds will be issued after payment. However, if there is a verified discrepancy (such as a sizing or printing error), we will gladly review your order and offer a modification or refund as appropriate. Order TimelineOrders must be placed at least 3 weeks in advance of your desired delivery or event date.Rush orders (less than 2 weeks’ notice) may be accepted based on availability and are subject to a $3 - $5 per shirt rush fee. Design ServicesNeed a custom design? A $25 design fee applies and includes up to 3 revisions.This fee helps cover time and creative labor — a fraction of the $40–$75 typically charged by small business printers in Missouri.To speed up the process, please include details such as colors, fonts, text, themes, and inspiration images when submitting your request. Product DetailsAll shirts and apparel are made from 100% cotton unless otherwise specified.We offer multiple brands and quality levels — each upgrade adds $3.00 per shirt.If you prefer a premium brand or specific garment type, please indicate it in the Special Requests section of your order form.
