Custom Rug Order Form

Thank you for choosing TooTuft Studio to make your custom order!

Please follow these steps to ensure a smooth process and delivery.

- Fill out this form completely and submit it.

- Pay 50% now and 50% at pickup or shipping for your rug using any of the following formats:

-Cash App

-Venmo

-PayPal

**I will currently not be taking cash for any orders.

DEPOST IS NON REFUNDABLE UNLESS SOMETHING HAPPENS THAT IS OUT OF MY CONTROL AND A REFUND HAS TO BE ISSUED

- After I receive the payment I will give you a time frame of when it will be finished. Please allow 10 days to 2 weeks for rugs to be completed after I start your order. If I cannot start your order immediately I will place you on a wait list and give you an appropriate time frame of when I can start and how long it will take to be completed. It is on a first come first serve basis. I am only one person and I can only do so many at one time.

- I will keep you updated on the process of your order as well as pictures through either text, email, Facebook or Instagram messenger.

- Once your order is completed I will promptly ship it to you via USPS, hand deliver it or you can drive to the studio to pick it up.

I WILL NOT START ORDER UNTIL PAYMENT IS RECIEVED.
