SOME TIPS FOR COMPLETING THIS FORM:

• Please ensure that the body corporate name and/or address are supplied (Toowoomba Strata is not the name of the body corporate)
• Applications must be made in the current owner's name - if the application is being made by a current or prospective tenant or prospective purchaser, please advise in the general comments section 
• If any of the details are incorrect, it may result in the application process being delayed or not processed

That the owners of the requesting lot be authorised to carry out the improvement to thier lot under the following general terms and conditions:

 

(a)    All costs are to be paid by the owner (including installation costs and all future maintenance costs). 

(b)    All installation work is to be performed in a thoroughly tradesman-like manner.

(c)    All conditions, requirements, guidelines etc of the Local Authority are to be duly complied with.

(d)    Any building and other regulations required in the installation are to be duly complied with (if applicable).

(e)      Copies of all certificates of compliance shall be forthwith forwarded to the Body Corporate manager (if applicable).
