I would like to apply to the body corporate to install Solar Panels (attach photos if any). Please provide exact positioning of panels if known.*

I understand that the following terms and conditions will apply and further terms may be imposed based on the individual circumstances.*

That the owners of the requesting lot be authorised to install solar panels to the roof of their unit under the following terms and conditions:

• All costs are to be paid by the owner (including installation costs and all future maintenance costs). Including the cost of removing the solar panels in the event that the body corporate is required to undertake any maintenance to the roof.
• All costs associated with any related meter or electricity board upgrades are to be paid by the owner.
• All installation work is to be performed in a thoroughly tradesman-like manner.
• All conditions, requirements, guidelines etc of the Local Authority are to be duly complied with.
• Any building and other regulations required in the installation are to be duly complied with (if applicable).
• Copies of all certificates of compliance shall be forthwith forwarded to the Body Corporate manager (if applicable).
• Any roof leaks caused by the installation of the solar panels will be the responsibility of the owner and not the body corporate

Warning! Prior to installing any solar panels we strongly recommend the installers electrician undertakes a proper review of the electricity board and its metering capacity. Upgrade costs can be expensive.
