Please provide the following information for the guests taking over your room.
If money is still owed on your room, the transfer will NOT be completed until we have made contact with the new guest and confirmed that they understand any additional payments that need to be made.
Once processed, the new guests will receive an email from us detailing all remaining payments (if any), deadlines, trip information, etc. You will receive an email that the transfer is completed.
Please allow 2 - 4 business days for transfers to be finalized. More time may be necessary if we have trouble getting in touch with the new guests.
