COMMISSIONED WORK

FAQs & CONDITIONS:

• I just work mostly in my style. Projects with artistic freedom will be prioritized.
• I don´t do EVERY type of cover ups, I will only take the cases that I consider that I can guarantee a good result, letting you know in advance to prevent any wasting of your of time.
• Subsequent inquiries and dialogue to this form will be via email.

DESIGN PROCESS:

• The design will only be sown in person on the day of the appointment. I do not send sketches in advance. That day I will have the design assembled based on everything discussed with the client and we can make corrections together if needed, I count some with extra time to this step every time. Exceptions may occur in specific cases when I decide it's mandatory to ensure a better outcome. 
• I make unique and original designs for each client in order to guarantee a personalized piece, you can be inspired by something that you liked about other tattoo and take it as a reference, but I do not take works that are copies of other fellow tattoo artists.

RESERVATION OF APPOINTMENT:

• Once we agree on the details of the design and placed a date, I'll provide you with payment button to secure your spot with a small deposit equivalent to a percentage of the total cost of the tattoo. This money will be deducted from the total amount to be paid on the day of the appointment, once the work is done.
• The final payment will be done on once the scheduled appointment is completed and the job is finished, and it must be paid in cash.
• The appointment can be rescheduled by notifying at least 48 hours in advance, if it is changed more than 2 times in a row, the client must pay a new deposit.
• The deposit will not be refundable if the client fails to fulfil the previous requirement.

COMMISSIONING PROCESS:

1. Submission of Form:
   Fill out the commission form with all the required details. Make sure to include as much information as possible to help me understand your vision. 
   
   
2. Review and Quote:
   Once I receive your form, I will review the details and provide you with a quote and estimated timeframe for completion. This step might involve some back-and-forth communication to clarify any aspects of the commission.
   
   
3. Agreement and Payment:
   If you agree with the quote, I will send you an invoice. A deposit is required to start the work (typically 50% of the total cost). The remaining balance will be due upon completion, before the final delivery of the artwork. 
4. Creation Process:
   I will begin working on your commission after receiving the deposit. I will provide updates at key stages (e.g., initial sketch, mid-progress, final touches) to ensure the artwork is developing as you envisioned.
   
   
5. Revisions:
   During the creation process, you will have opportunities to request revisions. Minor adjustments are included, but significant changes may incur additional fees.
   
   
6. Completion and Delivery:
   
   Once the artwork is completed and the final payment is made, I will deliver the high-resolution files to you via email or a download link. If the commission includes physical artwork, I will arrange shipping details with you.
   
   
7. Feedback and Final Thoughts:
   
   After you receive the final artwork, I appreciate any feedback you can provide. Your satisfaction is important to me, and it helps improve my services for future clients.
