- Allows 4 individuals to participate in the outing, which includes 18 holes of golf, lunch at the turn and dinner reception. NOTE: The entire $600 must be paid in full at time of submission. Please be sure to have all golfer information (name, email and phone number) at time of form submission.
HOLE SIGN SPONSORSHIP $100
- Includes non-golf activities such as card games, Hustle lessons, and more as well as lunch at the turn and one ticket to the dinner reception.
NON-GOLFER ACTIVITIES - CLOSED MAX. QTY ACHIEVED $60
