Mega Mid South 2025 Tracking Registration

Please complete the below form to 1) rent a map integrated SPOT Trace satellite tracker, 2) add a smart phone (iPhone or Android), 3) add a personal satellite tracker (SPOT, inReach, Zoleo) to the live map
The live tracking map will be hosted here: https://trackleaders.com/megamidsouth25
Once the tracking map is created, participants should show on tracker within a half hour of registration.
You can use the 'Edit Submission' link in your confirmation email to make changes to your profile, tracking info, etc.
RENTAL NOTES (items 6-9 below)
Batteries: Rental SPOT Trace trackers *DO* include batteries. One set of lithium batteries will last the duration of the event.
Tracker Pick-up: Rental trackers are *NOT SHIPPED DIRECT TO ATHLETES* but will be available for pick-up on-site, pre-race.
Tracker Return: Participants are responsible for remitting their rental device to an offical *before* leaving course, whether at the finish (District Bicycles), or if DNF, at the final checkpoint attained.
Rental tracking devices are for just that--tracking purposes only. They do not have a panic button on them.

App instructions:

Run the App. Enter your phone# (same phone# you just registered with). Start tracking. You should see yourself pop up on the map within a minute or two. Let us know if you don't (info@trackleaders.com).

Fire up the app and turn tracking on at the start of the event, then have a great ride!
