LETTER OF INTENT (LOI) FOR BETA

TRADX | B2B Trade Execution Platform

This Letter of Intent ("LOI") is made between: TradX Corporation Ltd - A B2B trade execution platform headquartered in ADGM, Abu Dhabi, UAE.

Beta Tester (You/Your Company)- 

TradX is a next-generation trade execution tool designed to automate and simplify trade processes for businesses worldwide. This LOI establishes the intent of both parties to collaborate during the beta testing phase, where the Beta Tester will: Gain early access to the platform, Test trade execution features, Provide valuable feedback to enhance the system, Enjoy lifetime free access to premium features upon launch

Scope of Beta Testing Participation

TradX Responsibilities: Grant full access to the beta version of the TradeX platform, provide onboarding, training, and technical support.

Ensure smooth trade execution testing for real-time transactions, implement necessary improvements based on feedback.

Beta Tester Responsibilities: Actively use and test the TradX platform, provide feedback on usability, performance, and functionality. Keep all details confidential and not disclose TradeX's features, pricing, or technology. Report any issues, suggestions, or concerns for improvement

COST (FREE) - Beta Testing is 100% Free.

Duration: Beta Testing runs from 20.06.2025 to 20.07.2025 (subject to extension)

Confidentiality: The Beta Tester agrees not to share or replicate any part of the platform or its technology. No Commercial Obligation: This LOI does not create any financial obligation for either party beyond beta participation.

Termination: Either party can terminate this agreement with 3 days' written notice. Ifterminated by TradX, the Beta Tester will still retain lifetime premium access.

Intellectual Property: Any feedback or suggestions provided will be the sole property ofTradeX and used for further development.

By signing this LOI, you agree to participate in the TradX beta testing phase and abide by the terms outlined above.

This document is pre-approved by TradX and does not require a signature from our end. Once you fill and submit, it will be considered valid and accepted automatically.
