Please note that you have 24 months from the date of Grant Agreement execution to procure the vehicles. During this time, MEA requires quarterly progress updates to track your procurement status. These updates should include:

• The current status of ZEV procurement
• Anticipated timeline for placing the vehicles into service
• Any challenges you may be encountering (e.g., vendor or supply chain issues)

Quarterly Progress Updates must be submitted from the date your Grant Agreement was signed and executed, till the Zero Emission Vehicles (ZEVs) are procured. Once the ZEVs are in-service, please submit Quarterly Operation Reports - a link to these can be found here.
