PODCAST GUEST RELEASE & CONSENT

1. Consent to Record and Broadcast I hereby agree to be interviewed, recorded, and/or videotaped by Trans Voices Podcast ("The Podcast"). I understand that the interview may be distributed via audio, video, and text (transcripts) across various media platforms, including but not limited to Apple Podcasts, Spotify, YouTube, and social media.

2. Ownership of Content I acknowledge that The Podcast is the sole owner of all rights, title, and interest in the recording. This includes the right to edit, remix, splice, and combine the recording with other material as The Podcast sees fit. I understand I have no copyright interest in the final episode.

3. Use of Name and Likeness I grant The Podcast the right to use my name, voice, image, biography, and likeness for the purpose of promoting, advertising, and marketing the specific episode I appear in or the podcast generally.

4. No Compensation I understand that my participation is voluntary and I will not receive financial compensation for my appearance or for the commercial performance of the episode, unless otherwise agreed upon in writing.

5. Release from Liability I hereby release and hold harmless The Podcast and its host(s) from any claims, demands, or causes of action arising out of the use of these recordings, including claims of defamation, invasion of privacy, or right of publicity.
