This onboarding form takes aproximately 5 minutes to complete. Please have your business and personal identificaiton documents ready for upload during registration, including:
- ACRA/Bizfile Profile (dated no longer than 3 months ago)
- Company Memorandum and Articles of Association or Constitution (for Private Limited)
- Partnership Agreement (for LP/LLP)
- Proof of address (for foreigners)
- Details of your directors, shareholders, owners, partners, and authorised users (wherever applicable)
- ID copies of your directors
If you need more time to provide the requested information, you can save your submission by clicking the "Save" button on the bottom-right and complete the form at your convenience.

SECTION 2: Personnel Information

Directors and Authorised Users for Private Limited Company

Who are your Directors and Authorised Users?

You must submit details of at least 2 Directors (unless your company only has 1 director) and all Authorised Users to proceed. All email addresses and mobile numbers must be unique. People specified in this section will have access to the company's TranSwap account.

Who are your Shareholders?

Major Shareholders are people or entities owning at least 25% of the company. If it is an entity, please upload their business profile in the next section.

Directors, Authorised Users, and Major Shareholders must undergo a one-time ID verification. Your Account Manager/Director will reach out to you after receiving your onboarding form.
Owner and Authorised User for Sole Proprietor

Who is the owner? And who are the Authorised Users?

You must submit details of your Owner and all Authorised Users to proceed. All email addresses and mobile numbers must be unique. People specified in this section will have access to the company's TranSwap account.

If the Owner is an entity, please upload their business profile in the next section.
