TRAVEL AND CO. CRUISE BOOKING TRANSFER AGREEMENT This Cruise Booking Transfer Agreement (“Agreement”) is made between Travel and Co. (“Travel Advisor”) and the undersigned client(s) (“Client”) for the purpose of authorizing the transfer of an existing cruise booking to Travel and Co. for management and servicing. By signing this Agreement, the Client acknowledges and agrees to the following terms and conditions:1. Authorization to Transfer The Client hereby authorizes Travel and Co. to assume responsibility for managing and servicing the Client’s existing cruise booking with the cruise line specified below. The Client understands that the transfer of the booking may require consent from the cruise line and that Travel and Co. is not responsible for any refusal or delay in the transfer process.2. No Change to Booking Terms The Client acknowledges that transferring the booking to Travel and Co. will not result in any change to the terms and conditions of the original booking with the cruise line. All payments, cancellation policies, and terms established by the cruise line remain in effect.3. Commission and Fees The Client understands that Travel and Co. may receive a commission from the cruise line for managing the booking. Travel and Co. does not charge any additional fees for transferring the booking unless otherwise disclosed in writing.4. Travel Protection and Liability The Client acknowledges that Travel and Co. strongly recommends the purchase of travel insurance to protect against unforeseen events, including trip cancellation, medical emergencies, and other travel-related issues. The Client agrees that Travel and Co. is not responsible for any losses, damages, or expenses incurred due to travel disruptions or changes made by the cruise line.5. Release of Liability By transferring the booking, the Client releases Travel and Co. from any liability related to the original booking terms established by the cruise line, including but not limited to cancellations, delays, changes in itinerary, and service quality.6. Communication and Support Upon completion of the transfer, Travel and Co. will serve as the Client’s primary point of contact for all matters related to the booking, including itinerary updates, payment schedules, and any changes or special requests.7. Acknowledgment of Terms The Client acknowledges that they have read and understand this Agreement. The Client agrees to the terms set forth above and authorizes Travel and Co. to act on their behalf in managing the cruise booking. By signing this Agreement, the Client consents to the transfer of the above-referenced cruise booking to Travel and Co. for management and servicing.
