• National Convention Travel Coordination Form

  • Please complete this form no later than Friday May 15th, 2026 by 5pm EST so that we can finalize any shuttle coordination.  

     

    We request flight information from all attendees traveling by air, even if shuttle service is not needed. This information helps us coordinate convention logistics and assist attendees in the event of travel delays, cancellations, or emergencies.

     

    SHUTTLE SERVICE
    We will do our best to provide shuttle service to as many convention attendees as possible to and from campus from the following 3 airports:

     

    • Tallahassee International Airport (TLH)
    • Northwest Florida Beaches International Airport (ECP)
    • Jacksonville Airport (JAX)

     

    Shuttle service will be coordinated based on attendee arrival/departure patterns, volunteer availability, vehicle capacity, and airport distance.

    Please note that very late-night arrivals and very early-morning departures may not be able to be accommodated.

    Shuttle service from Jacksonville (JAX) and Northwest Florida Beaches International Airport (ECP) may require grouped transportation times based on attendee demand due to the longer travel distance to Tallahassee.

    Attendees are encouraged to consider flight times into Tallahassee International Airport (TLH) whenever possible for the easiest transportation coordination.

  • Please let us know if you need a parking pass for overnight parking on campus. If your chapter is renting a vehicle for its members at convention, only the driver of the vehicle needs to request a parking pass.*

  • Shuttle schedules will be coordinated based on attendee flight patterns, airport distance, volunteer availability, and vehicle capacity. Attendees may need to wait for the next scheduled shuttle or depart campus earlier to ensure timely airport arrival.

    We will communicate shuttle schedules as soon as possible so attendees have time to make other transportation arrangements if needed.
