Hi! I’m Tashiana (@triplesixtattooer) from Exile Tattoo, and I’m so excited that you’re interested in getting a custom tattoo from me! 🖤

I absolutely love working on unique designs that showcase nature themes, animals, semi-realism, dark blackwork, ornamental details, florals, spooky and fine line designs. If this sounds like your vibe, you’re in the right place! At this time, I do not do cover-ups, necks, hands, or rib tattoos.

To get started, please fill out the form below and be as detailed as possible. I’m talking size, placement, style, and any reference images that can help bring your vision to life. Don’t hold back! The more information I have, the better we can collaborate on something amazing.

Here’s a little info before we dive in:

• I charge based on the piece, not by the hour. For large pieces, my day rate is $900+tax which includes approx 6 hours. The deposit for each appointment is $100+tax. The deposit is made by a Square link, and for the tattoo balance at the end of the appointment, I accept cash, debit, and credit. (Although cash is preffered)

• My appointments are scheduled Tuesday through Friday between 12 PM - 6 PM. So, if you need time off work, plan ahead!

• Once your submission is accepted, a non-refundable, non-transferable deposit of $100 will be required to book an appointment. This will be applied toward the final cost of your tattoo. I’ll send you an estimate for the tattoo via email. I will also attach a link to secure your deposit via Square. Appointment dates are not discussed until a deposit is received. Because I send links in my reply to requests, please make sure to check your junk and spam folders.

• After I’ve received your deposit, you’ll get a link to my schedule where you can pick the date and time that works best for you between the hours mentioned above.

A few more things to keep in mind:

• You must be at least 18 years old to get tattooed—no exceptions, even with parental consent. Photo ID is required at the time of your appointment.

• Once you’ve submitted your form, sit tight! I receive a high volume of requests and might not be able to reply to everyone, but if your project is a good fit, I’ll be in touch within two weeks.

• I don’t keep a cancellation list, but I do post last-minute availability on my Instagram stories. Keep an eye out for those!

• Designs will not be sent out prior to your appointment, but minor changes can be made the day of your session.

• If your design changes drastically from what was originally submitted, we may need to reschedule, and a new deposit may be required. Let me know in advance so I can plan accordingly!

• I do not allow the use of numbing creams

• Don’t forget to bring your photo ID and eat a good meal within 4 hours of your appointment. 😊

I typically don’t require much back-and-forth communication if your form is detailed and thorough. This helps me streamline my process and keep things running smoothly for everyone! However, if I do need any clarification closer to the appointment date, I’ll reach out to you directly via email. If you don’t hear from me, it means I have a pretty solid understanding of your request, and we’re all set to go!
