Course Information

When we receive your details we will contact you to arrange your training.

We will give you both theory and practical dates and times to attend your course.

2 hour theory session and test via online live webinar (up to 2 weeks before practical)
Practical on-road individual training assessment per delegate over a 2 hour period for validation or 1.5 hour period for re-validation
You will receive a driver report and a certificate (for sucessful delegates)
Certificate valid for 3 years.

Covid - 19

We (the customer and/or the delegate) will ensure the vehicle will be adequately cleaned and have appropriate PPE on board to cover the Covid - 19 risk.

Terms of Business

Payment Terms

New clients (PIA): full payment to be made 14 days prior to course start date.

Existing clients (Net 10): full payment to be made 10 days after invoice date.

Late payments charged at 8% plus the Bank of England base rate.

Cancellation Terms

The Road Safety Solution Limited must have received the delegate's completed Driver Details Information (sent to the organisation at the time of booking) online form within 5 working days of their course date. Failure to complete a Driver Details Information form will result in the course being terminated and the normal course fee will apply.

PLEASE NOTE: Course fees will NOT be refunded for any booking altered or cancelled by the client within 7 working days prior to the course start date.
