The information provided in this Expression of Interest (EOI) will be used solely for the purpose of assessing Expression of Interest to trade at FODC Events. It may be shared with relevant internal departments, including but not limited to Environmental Health, Licensing, Estates as part of the evaluation and award process.

    These events are free to attend affordable family days out. Please submit high level pricing list of the food/products you plan to sell and their price point for consideration.
  • "Green Your Festival"

    FODC support "Green Your Festival" initiative to reduce the environmental impact of Council events, removing single use plastic where possible. The contribution that Food and Non-Food traders make to the "Green Your Festival" initiative is a vital part of the overall event. The environmental criteria for traders to ensure compliance with some of the "Green Your Festival" initiative is set out below. Please note that preference will be given to traders that comply with Green Your Festival.
  • 35. Only use compostable consumables such as biodegradable cups and plates
  • 36. Avoid sale of any products in "single use plastics" (water bottles etc)
  • 37. Support Fair Trade or other similar schemes
  • 38. Avoid using plastic bags at all times and, where possible, promote the use of reusable bags instead
  • 39. Recycle all waste in proper manner and carry out an events site inspection - leave no trace and remove all waste form event site
