DETAILED Description of Custom Idea

PLEASE DO NOT LIST MORE THAN TWO IDEAS. I do not want to pick from a list of several completely different concepts, I need one or two that you feel strongly about and committed to. Please note that I will only reference vintage art, NOTHING by living artists/tattoo artists. I occasionally will take on a project if another artist has given their permission for you to get it tattooed and it aligns with my style/interests. If your design feels broad to you, try to focus on including a couple details that feel the most important to include. It can also be very helpful to me if you note some more specific aspects of my own work that you enjoy/would like to try and incorporate into your design. If you’re feeling really open and just want me to do my thing with some loose guidelines on your end, that’s cool too!

If you want the design to be fitted to a specific area of your body or you feel for whatever reason that you would like to have a consultation prior to our appointment, please note it here in addition to your placement idea. If I feel as though it would be beneficial to have a consult because of the nature of the design or placement, I will let you know. I do not initiate scheduling one unless I feel that it would be really beneficial for me in terms of getting your design right and making sure that we’re both happy with the end result. Consultations are a $50 fee to account for my time.

Types of references I would love to see: vintage photographs/art, your own drawings, and pictures of the part of your body that you’d like tattooed. Pictures of my own work that are similar to what you’re visualizing are great too. NO PICTURES OF OTHER TATTOO ARTISTS’ WORK!

I charge $200 an hour with a $200 minimum for both flash and custom. Most appointments take me at least 2-3 hours. I want to work with your budget, but please also take into consideration my time! It is also always an option to split a larger/more complex project into multiple appointments to help accommodate budget needs OR to pivot to an idea that will take less time. I am CASH ONLY.

I respond to/send emails (besides appointment confirmations) once every 1-2 weeks. If you emailed me to reschedule or cancel— don’t worry, I saw it and will get back to you. I schedule a while out and usually do not have super immediate availability for reschedules, so don’t worry if you don’t hear back from me immediately— I will respond and we will get a new appointment scheduled! It just might not be right away.
