To edit this form:

Settings:

Click on Settings at the top of the form.

1. Change the form name
2. Change the title on the form
3. Change the Disable form to whatever date & time (I usually set it to the day of the event at 1:00PM; if necessary. edit the message that gets sent to people when the form is disabled.

Build:

1. Click on the Build tab at the top of the form.
2. Click on the Header and change the event title.
3. Click on the text box under the Header and edit the info. 
4. In the Fee Type fields, add or delete Non-Member as necessary.
5. In the Select Tickets section, click on the TVC Members box to edit the widget.  Change the Description and the Quantity of tix. Unhide the Non-Members Ticket box (if making tix available to Non-Members) and update the number of tickets available.
6. In the section entitled "Total Owing" for Cheques, click on the wizard icon to the R of the form. This will open up the Form Calculation Wizard which shows the calculations for the cheque amounts. Use the delete key or backspace to erase the previous amouts. Then you MUST USE the keypad to enter in the new figures. (If you don't use the keypad, it thinks you're entering text & the wizard won't work.)
7. Click on the PayPal Amt box and open the Widget Settings to check that the account is set to bus@torontovintners.org or paypal@torontovintners.org.
8. TEST the form!

Form Appearance

If you want to play around with the colour scheme & the background image of the form, click on the paint roller icon in blue at the top R of the screen. That will open a dialogue box & you can change various settings.

Publish:

1. Edit the name of the form & click on apply. (This gives the link the form name.)

Settings

After you're happy with the form and aren't planning on making more changes, click on the Settings tab at the top of the screen and go to Integrations. Click on Integrations to create integrations with Google Drive and with Excel. Currently the form will link to the torontovintners@gmail.com account Sylvia Dorosh set up for use with JotForm and with Wix.
