First Friday Vendor Application
Downtown Odessa, Inc and Odessa Arts host a First Friday event on the first Friday of every month. Local businesses register to participate in this monthly event with daily specials, live music, kid activities and much more. We are looking for vendors that would like to participate in our markets every month!
This form is for the First Friday vendor street market on Jackson and 4th Street from 6pm-9pm. (Remember to bring lights for your booth!)

Booth Spaces
Vendors will be responsible for furnishing their own set-up, including tables, chairs, trashcans, etc. There are no electricity hookups and use of generators REQUIRE a fire extinguisher. No items may extend more than two feet from your booth or visually block the booth next to you. All vendors are required to unhook their vehicle and park outside the event footprint. There are no exceptions for equipment, etc. ALL VENDORS MUST PROVIDE A 13 GAL TRASHCAN WITH LINERS TO ASSIST WITH TRASH COLLECTION.
Set Up/Move Out/Clean Up
A representative must remain in your booth at all times until event closing. Due to congestion and in the interest of safety, no vendors will be able to move a vehicle through the event footprint prior to the event closing and it being deemed safe to do so by event organizers. All vendors need to secure merchandise during the hours of set up, event time, and tear down. Downtown Odessa, Inc, the City of Odessa, and Odessa Arts are not responsible for any lost or damaged items, equipment, or personal property. You are responsible for cleanup of your area during and after the event. Any damage to public space, trees, electrical outlets, etc. will be the responsibility of the vendor. VENDORS MUST BRING A 13 GAL TRASH CAN WITH BAGS TO ASSIST WITH TRASH COLLECTION.
Liability
Downtown Odessa Inc., Odessa Arts, the City of Odessa, our partner organizations, or any volunteer associated with each event is not responsible for any personal injuries, fines, fees, or property damage that may directly or indirectly occur as a result of participating in the event.

Application Process
I understand that filling out this form does not guarantee me a spot as a vendor for the First Friday market. I understand that applications will be reviewed on a first come, first served basis and screened to ensure that there are a variety of vendors and decrease the amount of overlap of similar items.
