To indicate your interest in hosting an event, complete this form A MINIMUM OF FOUR WEEKS before your anticipated event date. In order to complete the form you will need to have the following prepared:
- Host(s) email address and alumni/parent years (you may have up to three co-hosts)
- Event date/time
- Venue name and address (in-person) or Zoom link (online)

BASIC HOST DUTIES
IN-PERSON: Identify a suitable location in your area* to host your event and facilitate the day-of components of the event. Public venues (i.e. Starbucks or local cafe) are recommended for accessability, and to facilitate the "no-host" model, where guests are responsible for their own food and beverage.
*Attendance will vary based on location, but venues should be able to accommodate between 10-25 individuals. PFA staff can assist with an approximation of how many guests to expect based on population density and previous event attendance (where applicable).
ONLINE: You as the host must create and manage your own Zoom meeting link, and facilitate the day-of components of the event. Please do not include a registration process through your Zoom link. PFA staff will facilitate RSVPs through our own system.
