At Uconnect Worldwide Network, we understand that unforeseen circumstances may arise that prevent attendees from joining us. To accommodate these situations, we have established the following refund policy:
I. Full Refund Eligibility
A full refund of the registration fee will be granted only under the following conditions:
- Grave illness, accident, or death in the family
- Acts of war, acts of God (e.g., natural disasters)
- Political unrest in your country
Documentation is Required: To qualify for a full refund under these circumstances, you must provide appropriate medical records or official news evidence.
Refunds can be processed as either a return of payment or as a credit note to be used for future events.
II. Partial Refund Schedule
For refund requests that do not meet the criteria for a full refund, the following will apply:
- 4 months or more before the conference: 90% refund of the registration fee
- 3 months before the conference: 70% refund of the registration fee
- 2 months before the conference: 40% refund of the registration fee
- 1 month or less before the conference: 0% refund of the registration fee
- Refunds can be processed as either a return of payment or as a credit note to be used for future events.
III. Registration Payment and Retention Policy
Please note that your registration details will be retained for a period of 2 weeks. If payment is not received within this time frame, your registration will be automatically voided.
