Because I'm the type of Mentor that is going to push you to your limits and help you fully understand what your goals really mean to you, your family, and what role they play in you becoming successful!

1. As your mentor, I will empower you TO MAKE POSITIVE CHOICES.
We all face decisions in life. Some decisions are easy, while others may take careful consideration. Through my mentorship program, I will help you consider outcomes and repercussions by helping you identify the using life skills that you were born with to make better decisions. 

2. As your mentor, I will shift you TO TAKE OWNERSHIP.
The best learning comes from doing, not through lectures. My goal is to help you seek challenging tasks and push yourself to develop new skills. My job is for you to become your own best coach – within your industry.

3. As your mentor, I will help you DEVELOP additional attributes while enhancing the ones you currently have. LIFE SKILLS.
Setting attainable goals, overcoming challenges, learning techniques to manage thoughts and emotions – these are skills you will need to learn, enhance, and apply to all aspects of life. 

4. As your mentor, we will focus on CORE VALUES.
I will guide you to understand and develop key values. I and my other coaches/mentors help mentees learn The Nine Core Values which are: honesty, integrity, sportsmanship, respect, confidence, responsibility, perseverance, courtesy, and judgment.

5. As your mentor, I will STRENGTHENS INTERPERSONAL SKILLS AND PEER RELATIONSHIPS.
My passion is to model and encourage you to appreciate diversity and show respect to oneself, friends, partners, staff, and fellow competitors.
