The purpose of the report is to record and monitor any incidents on a national level, regardless of the outcome.
If a child needs urgent medical attention or is in immediate danger, call 999 immediately.
The answers submitted on this form may be read by several people appointed by the National Spiritual Assembly's safeguarding team within a few days of the incident being sent.
You are welcome to email the National Assembly at nsa@bahai.org.uk if you do not want your concern to be sent to the Office for Safeguarding Children (for example, if you consider the matter to be highly sensitive). However, concerns still need to be shared within 24 hours of the incident taking place. We do not currently have the resources to provide a 24 hour helpline nor can we provide professional advice to children, families, and volunteers.
When in doubt, please refer to the helplines at the end of this page and seek professional advice.
