    Announcing our FIRST ANNUAL NEW ENGLAND SOUND HEALING EXPO!

    1) We are going to host a full-day SOUND HEALING EXPO on Saturday, February 21, 2026 from 10AM-6:30PM.

    2) We are looking for merchants & healers for sound-healing adjacent goods & services, or food vendors (must have license).  Psychic practioners who offer healing services are welcome.

    3) YOUR VENDOR ENTRY WILL INCLUDE LUNCH & REFRESHMENTS FOR 1 person.  There will be an additional fee for food for each additional person.

    4) All spaces accommodate 6' table except where noted.

    5) Want to run your own private healing sessions or demonstrations?  Reserve H1, H2, H3, H4 OR reserve both space 1 & 2 (to reserve the entire room).  We will share the schedule as soon as possible so that you may create your own schedule-- our main sessions will run in 50-minute increments.  Space 1 & 2 has a sink so it can also be used for creative classes or non-medical aesthetics.

    6) GET PROMOTED: We are going to begin building a new event page on FB and our website ASAP but will start advertising more seriously in the early new year. We want to do a little more to include those of you who want to be promoted in ads where we can and make sure we have a robust advertising budget!  As always, we appreciate your support in helping to spread the word too as that always makes a big difference!

    7) Tickets for attendees will be released at a later date.  We will keep you in the loop once you are registered and you can share with your fans & mailing lists!

    8) Set up will begin at 8:30 AM.  Break down will begin around 6:45 PM.  We ask that vendors refrain from breaking down during active sessions as this may be disruptive to exhibitioners.  Please contact us to discuss earlier breakdown times.

    9) We cannot promise to honor specific table space requests at this time because we want to make sure that we can fit everyone comfortably and safely.

  • Above is a map of our layout.  Please use this as a guide in selecting your desired space. 

    Space 23 is in our little 3'x8' alcove.  This space is good for a healer who can work while someone sits with them or across from them-- we can provide an appropriately sized table.  Or, a vendor who is comfortable having their 5'-6' table up against the wall and then sitting or standing next to it.

    We have 4 private rooms (H1, H2, H3, H4) that could be used for healing services such as private sound baths, healing, reiki or massage that would accommodate a massage table. 

    Room H4 is tiled and has existing counters and mirrors.  This could be a great space for a larger retail experience and/or massage/reiki.

    Room with spaces 1 & 2 is a tiled, mirrored room with a small bathroom-style sink.  These two table spaces could be rented together for a private space or this could be a great space to host a fun creative activity, full retail experience, massage/reiki, or for non-medical aesthetic treatments.

    Please be advised that we are currently not able to offer a fragrance free space.  WiFi will be limited, please bring your own mobile device to receive electronic payments.  Some outlet spaces are available.

    All payments are final and no refunds will be issued unless the event is cancelled.  If you are unable to attend, you may refer someone to take your space with approval by Unassailable Soul.
