General Tattoo Inquiry Form

Thank you for your interest in being tattooed by us! This form is for general tattoo inquiries, it’s used to help streamline the tattoo booking process. Fill out this form if you’re not sure which of our artists would be best suited for your tattoo design, or as a pre-consultation tool to help your artist prepare for your consultation. IF your design is straightforward enough, a consultation MAY not be necessary. Once we receive the form, we will pass it along to the artist you’re wanting to work with, or to the artist we think is the best fit for your project. We will get in touch within 3-5 business days to get a consultation set up with that artist, or if a consultation is unnecessary, we’ll call to book your appointment. As much as they would love to be able to take every tattoo idea that comes their way, some tattoo styles are not in our artists’ wheelhouses. If we can refer you to an artist in town who would be better suited, we will. We ask that you take a look at everyone’s portfolios to familiarize yourself with their individual styles.Know that whether or not our artists can take your project on, they and the shop are very grateful that you’ve thought of us for your next tattoo.
