Terms & Conditions
1. S/O R/O hereby specifically undertake to accept & agree to be bound by these terms & conditions as contained hereunder and all the other term & conditions as detailed in the prospectus, application form, student handbook, rules & regulations of UniSkills Learning & Technology Pvt. Ltd. -(hereinafter referred to as the Institute), which have been read and understood by me and acknowledged hereby signing these terms & conditions.
2. I have seen and read over the prospectus and the course content and am fully satisfied, however I agree that the institute reserves the right to change, amend, add, alter, vary, modify and/or delete the same at any stage of the course as it may deem proper and I shall not have any claim, grievance, right and demand in this regard.
3. I understand that in case of violation, indiscipline etc the Institute shall have the right to rusticate, prevent me from appearing or attending any class or I may be asked to repeat the year to present for re-registration as a student. This action may be taken by the Principal or any authorized person under the ground of indiscipline or poor academic attendance and/or performance.
4. That since I have been duly registered with the Institute by signing of these terms & conditions and the Institute on account thereof has reserved a seat which the Institute will not allocate to any other student and will have to incur costs including the fixed costs like lease rental, faculty and administrative salaries and other fixed expenses which it will not be able to recover in case I after registration desire to withdraw/discontinue from the course for any reason whatsoever and as such the institute will suffer a loss in that regard and therefore I shall not be entitled to refund of any fee for any reason whatsoever.
5. I agree that all fees are subject to change without notice at the discretion of the management of the Institute, without assigning any reason whatsoever. Taxes levied by any government body will be additional over and above the fees charged.
6. In case the cheque is dishonoured by the bank due to any reason, I will be liable to pay a sum of Rs.1,000 as processing charges along with a fine of Rs 100/ per day as late fee from the date of the intimation of the dishonour of the cheque. If a cheque, issued on my behalf, is dishonoured more than once, any time during the course, I shall be required to deposit the balance fee in one single installment.
7. The institute at the time of registration of the student has valid and subsisting affiliation with the University/Institute who shall be the awarding body and the student has registered himself/ herself being fully satisfied by seeing all the relevant documents in this regard. However, in case the said affiliation is withdrawn or does not remain valid through the entire course tenure due to any reason whatsoever, there would be no liability whatsoever, of the Institute.
8. That the present course is being offered by the Institute on the basis of the present government policies (including Local/State/Central Government), rules & regulations, notifications, etc., however in case of any change in the government policies, rules, regulations, notifications, enactment any loss/damage due to closure or disruption of the activities of the Institute or the conducting of courses of the Institute caused by and industrial action, government action, fire, flood, riot, natural calamity, change of law & regulation force major, terrorist activity or for any other reason whatsoever beyond or not in the control of the Institute which disentitle the Institute from offering the said course, no amount of fee will be refundable, nor shall the Institute or its personnel be liable in any manner nor shall they be liable to pay, in anyway, any compensation to the student.
9. In case of any adverse government policy on the course being offered through Acts of Parliament, State Legislation, Local Government bodies of India in the world which may lead to the effect the awarding of the degree, the Institute is not responsible for any acts of god or vagaries of nature effecting the awarding of the degree and no refund of any sort will be applicable in such instances. The jurisdiction of this agreement will be heard only in the court of law in the local city.
10. I agree that ragging is STRICTLY PROHIBITED in all campuses of ICRI and erring students will be subjected to the law.
11. The Institute will not be responsible in anyway whatsoever for the performance of the student in any examination, interview/ job/ extra-curricular activities,etc. The Institute shall not be responsible for holding of any examination in case there is any delay and/or lapse on the part of the awarding body. The Institute is also not responsible in any way for ensuring job/ placement of any nature whatsoever. Whilst the Institute cannot take responsibility of giving a job or placement to a student, the Institute will endeavour to organize interviews for students (who are desirous to have such interviews) and give the written request in this regard to the Institute and have duly qualified and passed all the necessary exams and have been awarded the certificate, diploma, etc., by the awarding body with prospective employers at appropriate time. However, recruitment of the candidate shall solely depend upon the performance of the candidate at such interviews and the Institute shall not be liable or responsible in this behalf in any manner whatsoever. Student below 80% attendance will not be provided any placement assistance.
12. I understand that in case I fail my examinations held in year one (Semester I & II), I will be given only one additional chance for a supplementary test and I will have to pay the re-test fees as may be notified by the Institute currently Rs. 1,000/-. The supplementary test would be conducted by the Institute, the time and the place would be notified to the student who is appearing for the same.
13. I understand that year one is a foundation year and my performance in the first year will determine my entry into the second year. The performance in the first year has to meet the acceptable levels of University and University will specifically clear my entry into the second year. University has the right to reject any student on any ground before entering the second year.
14. Students are required to pay examination fees over and above the course fee to the awarding body.
15. That I have approached the Institute for admission to the campus selected by me during the admission process and have agreed to be imparted education and have made payment for undergoing the course at the said place and unless the said place is changed in terms of these terms & conditions I will be imparted education at the said place. This agreement is being completed by the signing of the same by the officials and therefore, it is mutually agreed that courts at the local city where the admission form is signed shall alone have jurisdiction to try and entertain any dispute arising and/or concerning this agreement.
16. That the Institute at present is operating from the venue, i.e. as mentioned in the prospectus and as per the terms of lease the same venue is likely to be continued during the entire course for which the student has joined. However, the student shall not have any claim, right and interest to continue at the same venue throughout the currency of the course and Institute shall have the right to shift the venue to any other location without assigning any reason whatsoever to the student. However, in case the venue is shifted beyond a radius of 50km and the student is unwilling to continue at the said changed location, he/she will be entitled to refund of fee on a pro-rata basis of the balance months of the course. The student in no circumstances will be entitled to claim refund of fee for the period which he/she has already undergone studies at the Institute.
17. I agree to abide by the terms and conditions of the UGC Recognized University.

- I have read and understood all the Terms & Conditions stated herein and am aware of the conditions relating to my admission. I agree to be bound by and abide by all such Terms & Conditions.
