  • "Other" Enquiry

    If you have an enquiry for an issue at work (including roster issues, pay, contract issues etc), please contact your Union Base Reps - you can do this by selecting the "Contact a Union Rep to Discuss an Issue at Work" option above. 

    Please only use "other" enquiry if it is not related to an issue at work and no other category type fits your issue. "Other" enquiries go to a central mailbox and may delay our response to you.

  • App New Member

    Adding members to the App is a manual process.

    If you are a new member, it may take a few days for your link to join the app to be sent to your email inbox.

  • Suspended App Access

    App access may be suspended for a number of reasons, most commonly due to a break in membership payments.

    Please complete the form below and we will review your membership status and respond to your enquiry within the next few working days.

    If you are an FTC crew member who is not currently working at easyJet, your access will be temporarily suspended until you return. Please include your return date in the comments box so we can arrange for your access to be re-enabled at that time.
