Unity Wellness Project is excited to introduce, WELLNESS FOR KIDS: ATHLETE EDITION
Foundations of Wellness – February 2026
A free, community-based youth wellness program supporting movement, confidence, recovery, and healthy habits in a safe, non-competitive environment.
What Is Wellness for Kids?
Wellness for Kids: Athlete Edition is a free youth wellness program offered by Unity Wellness Project, a local 501(c)(3) nonprofit organization.
The program is designed to support physical, emotional, and social wellbeing through a balanced Mind–Body–Nutrition approach. While athlete-informed, youth do not need to participate in organized sports to join.
This program is not therapy or medical treatment. It is a preventive, community-based wellness program that complements school, healthcare, and youth-serving supports.
Who Is This Program For?
This program is open to any youth interested in movement and wellness. Primarily serving youth ages 6–13 but teens ages 14–18 are encouraged to participate for their own wellness and may also take on a supportive or mentoring role within the program.
It is a great fit for:
Youth who play sports
Youth between sports seasons
Active youth who enjoy movement
Youth looking to build confidence and healthy routines
No athletic experience is required.
All activities are beginner-friendly and adaptable.
