Unnie Ticket Assistance implement PAYMENT FIRST POLICY, if you are not sure for this assistance kindly let us know if you will cancel/void your reservation so we can give others a chance to get our service. For refunds if we failed to secure your tickets, ticket price + ticket charge are fully refundable and 50% of TPA will refund to you. Unless we do camping 40% lang po ang maire-return. Thank you for understanding. Incase your prefer seat is not available, we will secure any ticket that's within your budget.
If you decide not to keep the ticket we secured, it will be your responsibility to resell it. We booked the ticket based on your given budget, as we believe it's better to have a confirmed ticket even if it's not your first choice than risk missing the concert or fanmeet altogether.
For void/cancellation of slot reservation payment is non-refundable.
