Cancellation Policy
Payments are non-refundable but transferable.
Rescheduling is permitted
up to 48 hours (2 days)
before the scheduled appointment.
Late arrivals of
more than 20 minutes
may result in cancellation of the session and will require a
₱1,000 rescheduling fee.
In cases of unforeseen events or extreme weather, we reserve the right to cancel or postpone sessions. If this occurs, clients may reschedule at no additional cost.
