The GAPSA Weekly Newsletter is distributed to thousands of Penn graduate students every SUNDAY. Our objective is to keep students informed about events and opportunities that may enrich their time here at Penn.
Instructions:
Please submit your listing NO LATER than SATURDAY at 11:59PM prior to the week you would like it publicized. Once submitted, your event will be included in the GAPSA weekly newsletter EVERY WEEK UNTIL THE EVENT IS OVER, so please only have ONE representative from your organization submit ONCE! Please also be sure to provide a photo (png or jpeg) for your event or activity if you’d like one to be included with your publication.
NOTE: If you have submitted an event earlier than the week prior to its scheduled date, we reserve the right to hold the listing for a future newsletter to accommodate other listings. If you are selling tickets in advance, we will do our best to list your event or activity as early as possible. You will need to list a date for your publication even though you might not have an end date. The maximum time a publication can run is 3-4 weeks depending on volume. During high volume listings we will need to limit the listings. Please note that during the summer the GAPSA weekly will run every other week due to low volume.
