The Move Out Checklist must be fully completed on the day you move out in order to get your Good Member deposit back. Unpaid fees or leaving items incomplete in the Move Out Checklist may result in deductions from the deposit. Taking UP(st)ART property with you or leaving your space dirty upon move out will also result in a deduction from your deposit.
Members are responsible for removing personal belongings from UP(st)ART property when they move out. If a member does not remove their belongings, items may be donated or disposed of. UP(st)ART is not responsible for any damage or costs associated with loss, storage, or shipping of a resident’s personal property.
