We are sad to see you go! A few important things you will need to know regarding moving out:
Move outs are by
11am on the LAST DAY
of the month. (Move outs are not on the 1st). If you need to stay the extra night until the 1st at 11am (
at the latest
), it is an additional $80 charge for the extra night.
(Why? We use the last day of the month to clean beds between members, fix pods, touch up paint, change mattress covers, relabel shelves, etc. New waves of move ins happen once the new month begins.)
Your membership fee is due up until the last day of the last month of your stay (example:
no mid month move outs
with prorated rent for the last month)
Deposits are sent back via Paypal within 21 days after the last day of the month you have
fully moved out
. Deposits can't be used towards the last month of rent or to cover outstanding past rent or fees.
When you move out, you will need to
forward your address with USPS
. It costs $1 to do so online, or it’s free if you physically go into the post office to handle it. Not doing so upon move out will result in a $50 deduction from the deposit. It’s super easy and fast to do! When you do it,
save a screenshot of the confirmation
. You will need to upload the screenshot to the move out checklist to get your full deposit back.
Once you submit this form, you will get an
email with the full move out checklist to complete
prior to moving out. You will need to fully fill out the checklist to qualify for recieving your deposit back. Deductions from you deposit may be made if your spaces are left dirty upon move out.
If you did not give notice by the
15th of the mont
h that you are moving out at the end of that month, you will forfeit your entire deposit, and the above charges will still be owed in addition to your deposit forfeiture.
