Who can be referred?
Families who are experiencing a temporary hardship may qualify for a one time donation of diapers for their child.
If a client has been referred to CDB in the last 90 days, please email us for further requirements. Unborn babies do not qualify for this service.
The following are guidelines for crisis/disaster referrals: (ex. Gap in receipt of benefits, special needs, insurance claim delays, TANF/FOOD STAMPS application filed-benefits delayed, homelessness, displaced due to fire, natural disaster or domestic abuse, active child protective services case, foster care placement, unemployment-gap in services).
What is the cost?
There is no cost to the recipient.
Who can refer?
We work in collaboration with health care providers, social workers, hospitals, and social service agencies. Individuals must apply through a partnering agency.

To apply to become a referral partner, please email us with your agency information to obtain an application. For-profit organizations, home visiting programs and school systems are not eligible.
