Who can be referred?
Any prenatal individual/family up to 32 weeks gestation located in the Central Virginia area can be referred for services.
Who will benefit most?
Birthing individuals who are 13-30 weeks pregnant
Expecting people who are at risk for preterm birth
Individuals who have a lack of family support
People who have limited financial resources
Birthing persons who are high risk due to health related or psychosocial factors
What is the cost?
We currently accept certain Medicaid and Partners in Pregnancy insurance plans. Members of these plans are covered 100%; plan restrictions apply.
If you are not with a participating provider, cost is determined based on income using a sliding scale fee of 2% of your gross household income. Volunteer support is no longer offered as of 12/31/17.
Who can refer?
We work in collaboration with health care providers, social workers, and individuals. If you were not referred by your MCO, you may submit an individual referral request.
If you are currently working with a home visiting program, please note that duplication of home visiting services is not permitted.
When will I hear back?
