• Orientation Early Arrival Request Form

Certain student situations allow for a more seamless transition if they are able to arrive the night before their Orientation. In order to accommodate these situations, we have a limited number of early arrival beds at each Orientation session.

The cost for an early arrival has not been determined. We expect the price to be similar to last year's price of $23. The fee will be billed to your OASIS account by Housing & Residential Education.

You are responsible for providing your own linens, including sheets, pillow, blanket, and towel. You can review the Orientation Packing List for additional assistance with determining what to bring to Orientation.

Students must have a completed reservation in MyOrientation (including payment) in order to request an early arrival. All early arrival requests must be submitted by 4:00pm the third business day before your scheduled session. If your session starts on a Monday, this means your request must be submitted by 4:00pm on the Wednesday before.

If you meet these qualifications and are interested in requesting an early arrival, please click Next to begin your request.
